Manager – Information System Development

This position supports the Chief Manager Information Technology in delivering software and systems that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Bank’s operations. The role involves developing, implementing and maintaining systems to ensure they are secure, reliable and aligned with the Bank’s requirements and objectives, while adhering to development standards and best practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage software and systems development projects, including planning, design, implementation and monitoring to meet business requirements.
• Develop, maintain and enhance software systems to improve operational efficiency and support integration across the Bank.
• Ensure software development processes, standards and best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee system testing, troubleshooting, deployment and user support to ensure reliable and high-performing solutions.
• Manage and maintain databases to ensure data integrity, security, backup and efficient system performance.

To be eligible for this position, the applicant must meet the following:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in systems or software development or related fields;
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, programming, databases and information security, with experience in software development and team leadership;
• Strong analytical, project management and communication skills in English.
