Senior System Analyst - Securi Manager - Financial System Development

This position is responsible for supporting the Chief Manager Information Technology in maintaining the Bank's secure, reliable, and resilient IT infrastructure. The role involves administering and monitoring the Bank's network, systems, and cybersecurity environment to ensure the availability, integrity, and security of critical IT services. It also supports business continuity, disaster recovery, and the implementation of technology solutions that enhance the Bank's operational efficiency and information security.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Bank's network infrastructure, servers, and communication systems to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing IT services.
• Administer and monitor cybersecurity controls, including network security, patch management, antivirus protection, and vulnerability management.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery by maintaining backup systems and ensuring the availability and integrity of critical IT services.
• Provide advanced technical support, lead system improvements, and contribute to the successful delivery of IT projects and security initiatives.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in information system, Information Technology or related field from a recognized institution. A Master’s degree in a related field from a recognized institution will be an advantage;
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in network administration, systems administration and IT security.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, Windows Server administration, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, and IT security technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, manage IT projects, and deliver reliable technology solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
